I refer to your letter of 27 July to English Heritage asking for the above building/structures to be considered for statutory listing.
We are seeking advice from English Heritage, the Secretary of State’s statutory advisers on listing matters. Shortly after we have received their recommendation we should be able to notify you of the Secretary of State’s decision on whether the building/structures is to be listed.
